RMS is an official distributor of CSi/Emerson Machinery Health products. This is the product we use in the field ourselves, due to its top level performance and reliability. The 2130 offers many unique features amongst which include; unmatched speed of signal processing and data acquisition, PeakVue™ for advanced bearing and gear analysis and Autocorrelate functions, these features alone provide the 2130 Machinery Analyser with its unmatched performance.

Their are 11 Models in the range. Starting from the single channel version which offers vibration collection and analysis, through to the Dual channel models that can take two readings simultaneously. The advantage of dual channel is the speeding up of the data collection process. The top of the range analysers have all the expert functions for the seasoned reliability engineer could ever need.

Also if needed we supply certain models that are ATEX FM and CSA rated for equipment sensitive environments.

RMS are an Emersons Approved Distribution Channel (ADC) - UK & Ireland specialising in the CSI brand of reliability equipment. One of the best Vibration Analysers on the market is the CSI 2130, which all our vibration experts use daily, to uncover problems and correctly diagnose faults with machine vibration. Because we work on large industrial plants and have a lot of ground to cover, then the CSI 2130 is the analyser of choice. The acompanying AMS Suite:Machinerey Health Manager, helps us quickly get the raw data into meaningful trends and plots, so we can quickly troubleshoot the plant.

CSI 404B PhotoTach

The Model 404B Infrared Phototach is recommended for indoor/outdoor use. It can be powered directly from the analyzer or, for extended measurement sessions, with the optional battery pack.
When used with Emerson’s Machinery Health Analyzers, the phototachs provide a tach reference signal for applications.

CSI 430 Laser Speed Sensor

The CSI 430 Laser Speed Sensor measures the turning speed on rotating equipment. It uses alaser beam in conjunction with an advanced signal processing algorithm to measure turning speed without requiring special markings on the shaft.
